Robyn is a coach and trainer who integrates the practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with mindfulness, wellbeing practices, humor and creativity.

She is presently enrolled in an International Coach Federation (ICF) award-winning coach training program at Anne Arundel Community College and has a degree in Psychology and Marketing from Towson University in Baltimore, MD. She has additional certification and training in massage therapy, early childhood education, and many years of personal and professional development training including--Nonviolent Communication, Mind body medicine, Myers brigg, Enneagram, Emotional Freedom Technique, Couples Coaching Couples, relational neuroscience, somatic education, movement/dance, healing with art and more).

In her years as an entrepreneur, educator and program coordinator, she has worked with all ages—from infants to adults, facilitating learning experiences that offer opportunities for growth, connection and fun. She is particularly interested in guiding and influencing people by encouraging passion and curiosity, care for the world around them, and a sense of empowerment and self-worth.

Robyn weaves her strong values for caring for others, compassionate communication, healthy lifestyle, honest expression, playful connections, and creativity into her training and coaching.
